Arrest Made In Niagara County Hit And Run Accident

Niagara County Sheriff's Deputies have made an arrest in connection with Saturday morning's fatal hit and run in the town of Hartland.
28-year-old Joseph Marotta was arrested and charged Sunday with felony counts of leaving the scene of an injury accident and tampering with physical evidence.
The accident claimed the life of 43-year-old Bonnie Waterfield of Hartland.
She was walking along Orangeport Road when she was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene.
