Cold Spring Woman Killed In Head-on Crash

Fishkill Town Police continue to investigate the cause of a head on crash that killed Angela Bechelli, 34, of Cold Spring, Wednesday afternoon, November 9.

The accident occurred about 2:45 p.m. south of the Snow Valley Campground near the Dutchess-Putnam county line, Rombout Fire Chief Jeff Marino said.

According to the Town of Fishkill Police Chief Donald Williams, Angela was driving a 1997 Saturn northbound when she lost control of her car and struck a vehicle coming the other direction. The male driver of the southbound car, a Jeep Cherokee, was transported to Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Police Chief Williams said.
